How are your shipping rates calculated?
Rue de Lyon is pleased to offer low flat rate shipping of $6.95 to our customers. However, if an item is being returned, the customer will be responsible for those shipping charges. Most orders are shipped United States Postal Service. If you need other arrangements please call to arrange them directly.

Returns
All returns must be approved by Rue de Lyon. If you have received an item that is not to your satisfaction, please e-mail us at ruedelyon@gmail.com, with a full explanation of reason for return. We will e-mail,or mail an approval coupon at that time. Any returns received, without the approval coupon, will not be credited back to you. All returns must be received in their original packing, within 10 days of purchase, after an approval coupon has been received. Shipping costs incurred in the return will be charged to the customer.

When will my order ship?
Most orders of in stock items received before noon PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day in most cases. In some cases,( Sundays, Holidays) orders will be shipped on the next business day.

What if some of my requested items are not in stock?
Your order may be charged when we receive it but will ship only when all items you've ordered are in stock (providing that the out-of-stock items will not hold up your order for an undue amount of time). If you request a partial shipment, you may be charged shipping for additional packages sent after the original one.. A request for shipping partial orders will negate any shipping special you may qualify for. If items you ordered are not in stock and will not be in stock for quite some time, we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items.

Do you charge handling fees?
No. But in the case of returns, shipping fees will be charged to the customer. .
